THE PERFECT MATCHA
Your perfect matcha starts with the right ritual — it’s all about ratios:
- Soak your whisk: Place your bamboo whisk in warm water for 1–2 minutes to soften the tines.
- Sift your matcha: Measure 2g of Gigi’s Signature Ceremonial and sift for a smooth, clump-free blend.
- Add water: Pour in a splash of hot water (70–80°C) — just enough to cover the matcha.
- Whisk in Z motions: Start with circles to incorporate the match, then whisk gently until frothy and smooth.
- Make it yours: Pour over milk, coconut water, or your favorite base. Add syrups, sweeteners, or keep it simple — your perfect matcha is whatever you choose.
